Tasting note: A notably ripe nose features notes of liqueur-like white orchard fruit that is trimmed in hints of wood and lemon zest. Like the Croix de Pierre the mouth feel of the middle weight flavors is distinctly suave and very round which contrasts somewhat with the youthfully austere finish where hints of both bitter lemon and wood toast appear.

Tasting note: A distinctly earthy and attractively fresh nose blends notes of plum, red currant, spice and lilac. The sleek yet velvety medium weight flavors exhibit ample minerality on the delicious if notably rich finish, indeed the supporting acidity is just barely enough to maintain the necessary balance.
