Bonjour à toutes et tous.
J'éprouve des problèmes majeurs avec mon ordinateur et dois procéder à son remplacement.

Je possède le logiciel version CD (8.0).
Comme la compagnie qui a créé ce logiciel ne fonctionne plus; comment obtenir une clé d'activation lors de la réinstallation du logiciel sur mon nouvel ordinateur.

De plus; comment procéder au transfert des données de mon vieil ordinateur au nouveau.

Est-ce qu'il existe une solution pour ne pas avoir à tout recommencer avec un nouveau logiciel.

Excuse me for writing in English. An elderly friend of mine has your same problem. His computer crashed. He has a copy of the program and a backup of the data. He needs an activation key.

Were you successful in getting the application working on your new computer? How? Or, did you find a way to transfer the data from the backup to another cellar program?

Any advise would be much appreciated!

Same response as above. If you can get him an excel copy of the list, transfer him to www.cellartracker.com

We have a backup of the file, but it is the program's own format. I do not know what that format is, and how it might be converted to an Excel file. If we could load it back into a working copy of the program, we could probably export an Excel or CSV file. Perhaps someone knows the format of the backup file and how the data might be extracted?

I use CellarTracker myself.
