Vous pouvez inclure le vin que si vous aviez juste un vin à acheter dans la semaine ce serait celui-là.Je commence donc... critère qualité/prix. Des vins qui selon vous devrait se vendre plus cher de part sa qualité ou versus des comparables qui se vendent eux plus cher.
Semaine 26 novembre ... qualité/prix... mes points de vue, sans avoir expérimenté des millésimes sont :
- Montes Purple Angel Apalta Vineyard Carmenere 2017 ... un Apalta toujours bien fait, toujours sur la coche pour un peu moins de 70$ ... un Carmenère 92% à découvrir selon moi...
- Tolaini Al Passo 2016 un charmant Toscan en bas de 26$ 1/3 Cab 1/3 Sangovese 1/3 Merlot
- Francois Lurton Bodega Piedra Negra L'esprit de Chacayes 2019 ... un Argentin de Uco Valley à essayer à 35$
The ONE : Cheval des Andes 2016... j'ai laissé passé le 2015 la semaine du 19 novembre pour ce qui semble être la meilleure année des 4-5 dernières en ce 2016. avec un potentiel de garde meilleur : "Perhaps the most captivating nose of the evening, the aromas are very floral, showing violets intermingled with black fruits. The blackberry and black cherry notes are joined with a slightly herbaceous quality which does not distract from the fruit but adds a degree of freshness. Definitely showing its youth, to us it showed more in common with the 2014 than the 2015. The tannin and acidity are a bit more pronounced at this stage and suggest this is a wine with great aging potential. The structure defines but does not overtake the wine and allows the gorgeous texture to peek through and show its potential for development."
